I understand the coop thing a little.I grew bell peppers for a coop that I bought shares in---didn't have to buy in,just thought it was only fair.First year made about $1500 net per acre.Second and last year lost $1200 per acre on twice as many acres.when the third year came around and they said they needed MY acres,I told them the could have them all!Two years later coop was broke and bank said adios.
Anyone have any pictures of beet harvest etc.???
