Subject: Sledheads - XLT has no spark on one cylinder

Southeast MN
Sled was running fine when I loaded the trailer, 5 hours on the trailer in the rain and it is missing on one cylinder. First thought was I fouled a plug, put in a new plug and no spark. Other two cylinders have spark, so swapped a known good plug into the bad hole and no spark. Spark plug caps were replaced two years ago and the wires to the ignition coil are connected.

Would it be a bad coil or cdi box or something else obvious I'm missing before I start ordering parts? Besides upgrading to a newer sled, where should I start? (already ran that one past the chief finance officer)

Thanks

edit: If it makes a difference, it's a '99 Polaris XLT Touring with about 5700 miles.
