Get a strong magnet and run the screwdriver shaft over the magnet in the same consistant path (or the magnet down the shaft). I do this to most of my screwdrivers. Have to remagnatize them once in a while. Pretty easy and cheap method. Works on wrenches so box end will hold the nut too.
