| We did it for a lot of years with a Flexi Coil and DMI applicator. We made our own knives with dry tubes behind the nh3 tubes. In the pictures the grey "y" above the knife is from Flexi Coil and is a vent to let excess air out so it won't blow the fertilizer up out of the ground. Other brands have similar items, the trick is finding one that fits the size hose you are wanting to use.
In one of the pics you can also see some bright red steel tubes, they also came from Flexi Coil, on our machine we had 8 runs with a red splitter on each one that reduced the size and we ended up with 16 tubes and knives. If you notice they are dimpled to force product to distribute evenly in the air flow so it all doesn't go down one side of the splitter.
There are some air seeders used around here for blowing a 100% dry blend through the discs on an air seeder. The one's I've talked to can get up into the low 400 lb range, but they have to use some caution about how fast they try to run
