Loran,

One suggestion is that you fight the urge to go to the field until you have done a fert check - put a bucket under each fert outlet tube and physically weigh/measure the amount of fert per acre out of each and every outlet to make sure they are the rate you want and mos timportant - equal from row to row.

Make sure you are runnign the same fert mix and speed you will be in the field. Also note diffuser comment below.
