One desktop & one laptop...  both with XP Home Edition. 

On my desktop I have an icon for the Recycle Bin.....(where deleted stuff goes).  On the laptop there is no such icon.  My wife deleted some files that I'd like to restore, but I can't find the Recycle Bin.  How do I find where it is and create a desktop icon?
