eastern south central KS | Good summary! Poor governance is rife south of the equator not only in this hemisphere but even more so in Africa. Millions suffer while a few hundred are hugely wealthy from cronyism and graft. Russia fits the mold also.
I have been in a lot of S.A. but it was a few decades back and somehow did miss going to Argentina. Hope to make them a destination soon. Very glad I was able to go places like Machu Pechu when I did; now I think you have to have a reservation.
