Ol’ Wisco | Don’t put any faith in this getting through legislation as it stands.
Talked to multiple non coop merchandisers yesterday about this. Every single one said the exact same thing. “My accountant has informed me the 199A deduction has been reworded to allow for similar deductions of the previous 199 provisions. It’s just a matter of what bill to attach it to. If for some reason 199A stays worded as it is we are prepared to form a coop which you will sell to and in turn will sell to us.”
If it makes it through as it stands, we ll know whose skids are getting greased.
