West Central Missouri | Yeah, that's it. It's a joke. The sad/scary part is who amongst us can't see them trying to do this? Sadder yet is the plausibe doubt that gives one pause before reaching the conclusion it is satire, rather than immediately knowing it.

Drivers will no longer need those plastic and metal red keys to start tractors anymore, they can simply run the magnetic strip through the reader and the machine starts up and starts charging by the hour. Not only does the SwipeTrac save money due to you only being charged when the engine is running, it also prevents theft as it would be awfully expensive to steal.
