Back to original question, IF you could do that for a dollar or two an acre more and put a certain amount of equity in a machine you own, I would say go for it. But that sounds like a pretty sweet no strings attached rental rate, around here don't think it could be accomplished. Kinda depends if you get into ownership while machinery values are going up or down doesn't it.....
