I had been a Farmworks user for years but had to give up when Trimble bought them out. Maybe things are better now but at the time I could not use any of my Ag Leader data with the software.  Customer support was great when I was first using the software, I was using my Ipaq for mobile data, had Ipaq even doing guidance with their software.  Good accounting software but I needed more and wanted to work with my Ag Leader.  Now I use Quickbooks and SMS for my farm. 

Farmworks may work out fine for you - just wasn't for me.
