Updating from the display takes basically the same amount of time as updating a iTC or SF3000, inserting the USB into the receiver USB slot will update in approx 3 minutes, beyond that I have not seen anything stating to not update from the display, just don’t switch the key off during the update, that’s when bad things happen.
