eastern Kansas | As i posted last week trying to switch an ez-steer back from a 500 to a ez guide plus. i have downloaded ez tool box and put the 3.0.1 file in it. I bought a adapter cable from amazon as my laptop doesn't have a serial port, it goes from serial port to usb. Now when I plug it in I get "serial port open error" and it doesnt list any files available. 500 is still hooked to system but not turned on. I don't remember this being so difficult last time I did it several years ago. Thanks for any help I can get. | |
