No problem with the handicapped people just the over abundance of spots that are never used,  a lot of those spots in my opinion are too far from the store anyways.  I don't know why they can't put them right up by the store and move the drive lane over a bit.  They could keep them from having to fight crossing traffic, and then have the regular spots start a little closer to the store.
