Had a half done (ball end only) about five or six years ago.  Took a year to get full strength back, but the range of motion is good and sure is nice to be rid of the constant pain.  Lots of muscles in a shoulder to heal up.  You MUST do the therapy as prescribed, or you may end up worse than before.
