Lincoln, North Dakota | We really dont have a set amount of miles that we are " supposed" to pull over. It is more left up to the discretion of the operator and road conditions. At least thats our protocol in this district. Every district does things differently.
To the OP Commonsense would tell you not to pass but if you attempt to pass then the passing lane would be the place to be. We get trucks hit every year. | |
