It peaked my interest to look it up and law says gestation crate. I would assume you could use a crate after she pigged . It was common practice for us to move sows into crates 3 or 4 days before she births and it looks like that would be against the law as I read it. Therefore my opinion on farrowing crates. I stand corrected.
