Midwest | when I go to task manager on my computer using windows 10, I don't see how to end a program that is running. it shows I have 3 apps running, and 66 background processes running, and 33 window processes running. So where do I click to actually stop a program? does that seem like a lot of stuff running at once? is that slowing down my computer, and using up memory space? thanks for help. | |
