We've got 2100 sep hrs and never had any problems with the cranks, but i grease them everday since we bought it at 1300 sep hrs. I'd suggest switching over to wood blocks instead of bearings. We switched the front bearings to blocks this year and will be doing the back ones before next fall. I'm gonna save a lot of grease and the time it took greasing them.
