On semi rims if steel and aluminum rim touch there is supposed to be a piece of very thin plastic between them to stop them from oxidizing together. I don't think anti seize would hurt anything, I just wouldn't get anti seize on the lug bolts.
Anyone put Never seize on wheel rims?
