NC Iowa Thompson | Can not quote number , but when I had a few rentals I got around 45.00 for a 10X 20 room. I think I heard my brother in law say he pays around 75.00 for a 15 X 30 . Ask a few rental places and you will get a feel what prices are. My son was going to put one up but his friend that has some warned him to do ONLY yearly rents . He says you will not believe the sad stories you will hear why the rent is late . Only yearly rentals with a 2 month in advance on renewals. If you are handy in building it should work ,when I priced a new one, it did not make my numbers work...Good luck. | |
