Subject: RE: Sweet Corn For Dummies

north east ohio in the snow belt Ashtabula co
I plant about 22000 in 30 inch rows so that should be ok for 36 inch , Bicep for a pre, then atrizane for a post, but i have heavy clay soil. Doin't now about sand. Early corn up here dosen't have a problem with ear worms but there again you folks have different bugs. late corn here gets sprayed after every rain once silks are out. You will have a huge problem with coons. Coons will be in it before its ready. Dog are good and electric fence down low. Sweet corn is a heavy nitrogen feeder. Space out your plantings. Good luck.

Is what it is. That's all i got to say about that.
