the AD 9 air dryer on our 1991 CH 613 won't exhaust. We put a new air governor on it and can hear it working and tried a dryer off of another truck that we know works. Between the required government paperwork and maintainence and repairs these trucks take a disproportionate amount of time on our farm. TIA for any help.
