How significant of a difference are you seeing? Would you be willing to pass along at least one field's worth of data that we could test this? Reproducing the issue is very helpful when it comes to investigating where the issue is.
If the field weight matches and only the bushels are different, the first thing I would check is the Nominal Weight, Nominal Moisture, and Shrink Factor settings that are used on your yield monitor and in SMS.
