Gettysburg, PA | Printer is connected directly to computer. I finally had time last nite to check things out further. I checked the memory issues and verified that this wasn't the problem and I ran some of the diagnostic type of things suggested by HP. I than disconnected the printer from the computer and used it's onboard controls to run a test page. It printed just as slow even when disconnected from the computer. That's when it hit me that the dang thing isn't printing color at all. I think the problem is that the color cartridge is dried up and not working. I am going to change that cartridge next and see. | |
