NW IL | Yes you can hook 1500 up to display cable and use for guidance while 2500 is connected to Intellislope on plow.
On our own farm's setup with have an an Ag Leader 6500 /steer command that is permently mounted on tractor. We have a second 6500 mounted on the tile plow. When running it can get a little confusing when looking at gps screens as there are two folders reporting GPS info. When looking at gps diagnostic screens, one folder will be labeled "WM" (or something like that) referring to water management, and the second will be labeled "general" ( I think.....which is the unit connected directly to display).
