I honestly don't know what to say to something like your comment other than I believe that there are people out there on that would do something like that.

Yeah I should have thought a little more before I made that comment but the implication that hey it's alright to pasture somebody else's grass is there and if someone wants to develop a habitat for bees and rent it out to beekeepers it seems unfair for those who are not paying the rent to be able to profit from that person's work. If you grew corn and somebody stoled your corn you might feel the same way.
