If so then your landlord is subsidizing you instead of taking what they could get. There is has always been someone willing to farm for basically nothing, so that means the rest of us are making our money in other ways. Most often it is a form of a subsidy by the government, or a landlord. Factoring own land into your profits you first need to take out what that high paying neighbor would give because that is your ROI. It sounds harsh but unfortunately it is the reality. | |
