Some safe bets: DEKALB corn is only DEKALB corn. Pioneer corn is only Pioneer corn.

Monsanto owned companies corns are only for them.

Pro-Access corns (Pioneer corn) is only for them.

After that, there is overlap. I think this is one reason that Agreliant is cutting back to two brands--LG and AgriGold. Inventory management. Beck's and companies like that are accessing genetics from Monsanto, Syngenta and Pro-Access specifying their own crosses. The same can be said for Axis.

You'll probably MAKE more money with a really good seedsman to help you pick the best for your fields and goals than trying to find a cheaper hybrid to SAVE money. Good seedmen can be found across brands.

I'm sure there are exceptions but that has been my experience over the years.
