The short answer is a cable from your gps receiver on the tractor, to your vision monitor. Use your Deere screen for steering, and the Kinze screen for everything else.
You can do some other things with ISO, and or JD rate control module I think. but usually simplest is best unless you are wanting to do something particularly fancy.
