Hennepin, IL | If you go the ag leader route, you'll want to skip the ym/pf series of displays. Those systems can be converted to the newer can displays, but you won't reuse a lot of the components. You can look for a good used insight, but personally I'd skip it and go to an Integra for a few reasons. First off the Integra will do steering, the insight only will if it's an autopilot system and has the unlock already in it which is unavailable now. Integra will run ontrac or paradyme/geosteer/steervommand. Second is on a planter, insight will monitor population and control clutches, Integra will give you in depth information on what's going on with the planter. Third is the fact the insight is getting pretty old at this point, many are 10+ years old. Also every 3-4 years on average, theyll need a new touch screen. | |
