| A few things I would check before sending it out for repairs.
1 check how much memory you have left, and perhaps clearing the data. If the entire system is freezing it, the memory could be full.
If you think it is really bad resetting it back to factory defaults may help. however you will lose all your information if you do that.
2 if the screen is freezing/no responding to your touch or the touch is considerably off. Clean the screen with screen cleaner and do a screen recalibration.
I have had best luck with a screen recalibration if you use a pen or the tip of a key rather than your finger.
if you still have issue ag express will look it over and see what is wrong. | |
