Cedar Rapids, Iowa | Looks like a LEMO connector. The two half-circle pieces of metal go over the tan plastic thing with the pins. They only go one way, should be a grove in the metal that goes over the bump in the tan plastic. Then that assembly slides into the barrel. There is also a key on the barrel so that the pins are the correct orientation inside the barrel. If that key doesn't line up, it won't be slid in far enough to get the threaded nut to start.
