Put a pressure gauge where the pressure transducer goes in the trimble counter balance valve and make sure you are actually getting pressure where you are suppose to. Next check and make sure that all your cabling is good and that there is nothing wrong with the harness to the steercommand. Maybe as a last ditch effort make sure your software is up to date on the steer command and create a whole new vehicle profile and start from scratch again.
