When a Chinese company bought the hemisphere gps side of things outback bought AgJunction cloud services from State College, Pennsylvania. This is where the new name AgJunction comes from. AgJunction later sold the cloud services division but kept the name AgJunction. They still sell all the outback products and the 321 and 320 RTK antennas.
Outback/Agleader base stations are made by same people
