Main rule is - Junk in equals junk out. Wrapping isn't going to improve what you put in the bale.
Addemdum to the rule: Wrapping it will ALWAYS be better feed than something that's going to heat/mold in the bale or if it would get rained on for a week if you didn't bale it before the rain.
