The DJIs mentioned can follow based on GPS of the controller with you, or by recognising a person/vehicle and tracking it.
The visual tracking is more precise and has options like circle around and profile (alongside) it can also work closer to you and lower.
The visual detection depends on good light and contrast but both options can work pretty well.
You must to be ready to hit pause or stop in case it loses you though.
