| Does it come with the wedge box and is the wedge box any good if it does come with it?
If I were buying a cart with no wiring harness, especially if it had no wedge box, I would do one of three things:
1. I would rig it up to be run off of a competitive monitor. This would likely include switching it over to hydraulic drive
2. I would rig it up to be run manually
3. I would wait until I found used John Deere stuff to add back on.
I would think it would be expensive to buy the stuff from Deere new.
Really you don't need a monitor to make a ground driven cart work. Just get a height switch set up that is able to control the master clutch and figure the math out for calibrating without the help of the Brown Box. Worst problem will be no warning when you are low on speed and no indicator for fan speed but both of those can be addressed by someone who is a bit bull headed. | |
