That's what I was thinking. Don't go to the FSA office and there won't be any problems. Friend of mine renewed his PA116 agreement and now he can't do anything on his own land for 20 years. Unless he goes back in there and signs a ton of paperwork, jumps through hoops, pays back money and kiss their @ss again to do anything.


I'm puzzled- what does PA 116 and the FSA have to do with each other?

I can't make the connection....
