I had issues with our cr 960 this year as well with more cob in the bin then I liked. I ran my pre 2nd notch from closed, rotor at 680 low range. No matter what I did I couldn't stop breaking cons though. I think the cobs were more brittle this year then other years though, just my 2 cents worth.
