It is interesting if you have lived in/around the Rockies you notice them whenever they are on TV.  Only problem is they could film anywhere from Alberta to NM and it all looks basically the same. 

All my times across KS I have yet to see a mountain.  Have to get 100 miles or more into CO to see the Rockies.  KS is basically flat and windy.
