I never had one but knew a few kids that did.  Maybe not that exact one but battery powered and made quite a racket.    This was about the 1967 time period a few other guys mentioned.     I guess times have changed, no one thought anything was wrong with it in those day.    Heck, every kid I knew had BB gun/pellet gun or a BB pistol.
