All of what was stated on here was correct, but please make sure that you have a Cruizer II, not an original Cruizer, since that cable will only work with a Cruizer II with the more recent versions of software. A cruizer will have a rectangular toggle switch on the side for power, a Cruizer II will have a round push button on the side for power.
