Absolutely not. It's in the refuge rules already.
Why would anyone even bother what EdW says they're already doing? It's illegal anyway, just keep planting triple stack across the whole field if you're willing to gamble.
I'm not saying what's right or wrong, I'm saying it's illegal to use one form of Bt as a refuge for the other. Herculex needs refuge just like Monsanto stuff.
