Our flow sensor went bad at the beginning of season (mice ended up getting a hold of it)...I called my dealer and picked up a loaner from Ames about 2 hours later...then we swapped them out and ran ours over to get it fixed...combine only had to stop running the 5 minutes it took to swap them. Not sure if you talked to the wrong "idiot" or if we talked to the right "idiot", but we didn't seem to have any trouble getting a loaner before we gave them ours.
well i evidently got the wrong idiot LOL, cause they wouldn't do that for us on a inseason repair. Maybe they were getting low on service units. I have noticed that as they have gotten bigger they have definitely lost some of their small business charm they once had. Still a good company, but seem to be getting plagued with the same big businessitis that happens with small companies getting big.
