The WAAS correction satellites (135, 138, 133) have no impact on Terrastar correction. Those corrections are broadcast from a completely different set of satellites. While the same orbiting satellites for SBAS (WAAS) are used for both GPS and Terrastar, the correction satellites are completely different.
