The first part of your problem is related to the back-up alarm, likely have shorted wires between the reverse switch on the hydro and the alarm, the machine thinks it is in reverse so that why it is backing thru the field, need to unplug the circuit at the reverse switch on the hydro pump. may fix the whole problem but need to start there.
