SE ND | Much simpler than that, IMHO. Price ran up to previous structure and sellers pushed it back down on report day. Their job is to make new lows. If they fail (I believe they will) price will be telling us that it's headed higher. And better yet this last larger swing down looks to be a failure. Nobody knows the reason, but price is saying it's headed back up to check out $8 again.
