Thumb of Michigan | I don't need to go into all the gory details, but I suffered from a bad back. All kinds of Dr's gave me all kinds of pills that made me stupid for a day or three, but didn't fix much at all. I tried to do some exercises, but I'll be the first to admit that my participation was infrequent.
Had a Chiropractor tell me at about age 28 that my neck was too straight from birth, my Dad also had a neck too straight. It was causing my lower back to hurt, and there would come a day that he couldn't give me any relief anymore. Which, as it turns out, was all factual.
I had a neck fusion performed when I was 52, I woke up to immediate relief in the hospital. Not at all suggesting your neck is too straight, only that you need to consider the bigger picture. Good Luck!
