Outlook express won't send our messages. Still get incoming but outgoing has error "0x800CCC69. A report says something about a firewall setting in a freedom program from Zero-knowledge Systems Inc. Just started this a couple of days ago. Any ideas as to how to correct this much appreciated. Talked to 3 different tech supports and no help in fixing this.
